Marty Koss
Music Program Coordinator

Marty Koss is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas.  She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Music degree from East Texas State University.  Her instrument of choice is the French Horn. Marty earned a Texas State Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education and thoroughly enjoyed her career as a junior high band director for eleven years.  With the adoption of their two sons, she became a full-time mom.  Marty has also been a choir director for All Saints Catholic Church for thirty-two years and liturgist for All Saint's Catholic School for sixteen years.

In 2010, Samantha asked Marty to be the Music Director for the Singing Group at Parkinson Voice Project, and she’s been hooked ever since. She considers it an honor to now be officially part of Parkinson Voice Project's staff as the Music Program Coordinator and looks forward to developing a customized LOUD Crowd® program.

On a personal note, Marty enjoys “road trips” especially when they involve driving a jeep in the mountains, spending time outdoors, potluck dinners, and sing-alongs with friends.
